We’ve been using Fazzio since we’ve moved to Mullica Hill 2 years ago and once again had an amazing experience with them recently updating and refreshing our property. Jessica has taken over the business since her father’s passing and I hope she knows how proud he’d be of her managing the business. She has incredible attention to detail and motivates her team to work under the same mindset. We’ve been up against the rainy weekends which no one can control, but when they were finally able to get us on the schedule they did an amazing job. We have a ton of different bushes, flowers, shrubs and trees and they way the reshaped everything made our property look so well done and cohesive. They are the friendliest people as they are working. Every single one said hello and engaged in conversation. They’re not afraid of dogs and also treated them kindly. Don’t hesitate on them. Give them a chance and you won’t be disappointed. They are reasonably priced and will not cut corners. Their works lasts throughout the season, so very little upkeep on our part. Thank you Jessica and team! We are sooooo happy with what you all did for us!
Unfortunately, my experience was far from acceptable. From the beginning, there was a clear lack of communication, organization, and basic courtesy. What stood out most was the unprofessional behavior—showing up late, making excuses, and treating legitimate concerns as inconveniences. It’s clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. I expected a certain level of professionalism, and this fell well below that standard.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I hope this serves as a warning to others. I would not recommend this service to anyone looking for reliability or respect.
